Step by step

Sunday morning is when the week slows down. Four moments, in this order.

02
At the entrance, our team will be ready to welcome you, show you around, and point you to the children’s rooms. If you would like live English interpretation, ask the welcome team for a headset.
03
During the service, there are times of praise and worship, prayer, and a message based on the Bible. You can take part in each moment as you choose.
04
When the service ends, the church opens the room it fondly calls the pão de queijo room (pão de queijo is Brazilian cheese bread). That is where the conversation continues, coffee in hand and the accents of home all around, and where the team sits down with first-time guests to get to know them better.
Directions
On Sunday mornings the parking lot starts to fill up around ten. People who came from Brazil fifteen years ago and people who arrived fifteen days ago, all walking in through the same door. It is the hour of the week when Orlando starts to look like home.

Learn about New Hope Special Needs
New Hope Kids and Special Needs
At New Hope Church, children join their families for the time of praise and worship. Then they are invited to come forward, where the church prays especially for them, and they go with their teachers to a program prepared for each age group. At the end of the service, parents pick up their children at the labeled rooms.
The rooms are marked by color. That is how, by the second Sunday, a child finds their own door without help.
What if I don’t speak Portuguese?
Portuguese and English, same service.
Português · no púlpito English · on the headset
The New Hope Church service is preached in Portuguese and interpreted live into English through a headset, every week. You pick up a headset at the entrance, at no cost, and return it on your way out. It is not a special event: it is how every Sunday works.
The booth faces the sanctuary, and the interpretation happens live throughout the message.
Sunday, 10:30am
The New Hope Welcome team greets people as they arrive at the entrance.
