Close to where you live
Four areas of Greater Orlando, so the gathering fits easily into your week and your route home.
Tuesday through Friday, at 8pm, families of New Hope Church open their homes in different parts of Orlando to receive people, build friendships, share life, and grow in faith. Find the New Hope Casa closest to you and walk with us.
New Hope Casa is New Hope Church, a Brazilian Presbyterian church in Orlando, gathered during the week in someone’s living room, in four areas of Greater Orlando. The gatherings are small, close to where you live, and open to anyone, whether or not you have ties to the church.
“Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts…”
Acts 2:46 (NIV)
Many people who are part of New Hope Church today first came to know the church this way, through the door of a home on a weeknight.

Why it exists
New Hope Casa is New Hope Church’s network of small groups, designed so you can share life up close with people who live in your area. During the week Orlando traffic is heavier and the workday keeps everyone busy, so the gathering happens where you already are.
In a small group everyone knows each other by name. You share up close the joy of someone who landed a new job, celebrate the baby who just arrived, and pray for the brother going through a hard week. And they walk alongside you the same way.
It is a time to grow in faith and fellowship in the middle of the week: an evening when someone opens their home, the group gathers around the Word, prays for one another, and shares what God has been doing.
Four areas of Greater Orlando, so the gathering fits easily into your week and your route home.
A few people in the same room, with space for each one to speak, be heard, and be prayed for by name.
A weekly gathering around the Word, with prayer and fellowship, in the middle of the routine of work and family.
Who takes part
Whole families take part, along with couples, people who live alone, those who came to Orlando years ago, and those who arrived last month. The door is open to longtime members and to people just getting to know the church.
For people who have recently arrived in the United States, the group is often the first time in the week they spend with others outside of work, getting to know people nearby who speak their language as they settle into a new city.
